What is the ideal volume for dissolving the Forceval soluble tablet?
The ideal recommended volume for dissolution is 125-200ml of water. The tablet will dissolve completely at lower volumes though may take a little longer and may require some stirring/swirling. Please also note that lowering the volume of reconstitution may impact on product palatability and taste (as the product contains a wide range of vitamins, minerals and trace elements)
The resulting solution appears to be a bit cloudy. Is this normal?

Because of the variety of drinks / colas available there is no study that we have undertaken which can allow us to make this recommendation.

I have felt nauseated after taking Forceval soluble
Forceval soluble contains a wide range of essential vitamins minerals and trace elements. Nausea is a known side effect of overconsumption of the fat soluble vitamins A, D and E so it is important not to exceed the recommended dosage. Also some of the heavy minerals such as Iron, Copper, Zinc etc. can be expected to cause some stomach upset on occasion especially if taken on an empty stomach. To avoid or minimise this possibility, please ensure that Forceval soluble is always consumed after a meal.
